KrAzY Posted January 3, 2014 Share #1 Posted January 3, 2014 2 red peppers (small diced) 1 medium onion (small diced) 3/4 cup white vinegar 2 teaspoons mustard seeds 1/4 heaped cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup water Directions: In a medium sauce pot combine all the ingredients. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. Remove the cover from the pot and cook until it is a relish consistency. Once everything has cooled down, place into a canning jar and store it in the fridge until it is all gone. Should keep for 2 weeks (if it lasts that long) Now get yourself some cream cheese and crackers. I like the ritz crackers and will cover them with cream cheese and then add this pepper relish to the top of them.. Eat and Enjoy! Disclaimer: I shall not be held responsible for you gaining weight! ( I typically make this in a triple batch for our house.)
