Popular Post KrAzY Posted September 6, 2016 Popular Post Share #1 Posted September 6, 2016 I named him Hubertus Thyme. Why did I name it that... cause I could.. that's why. I found this poor little critter crossing the road on my first Texas ride.. it was nowhere near water so I decided to pock that critter up and take it to a pond near our place. I picked up the little fella and placed him in my rack bag with all the other crap I carry.. I think he liked it in there because he didn't have to wander around looking for a pond. Once we got to the pond we sat there for a bit looking at all the other box turtles and duckies.. there were even a few dragonflies fluttering around. When the time came to say goodbye. Hurbertus thanked me for the speedy trip, and loved his new home. He leisurely walk to the water's edge To go swimming with his new friends. I am going to miss the time we spent together.. He was a good turtle.

What trully makes someone relate them self as a "Texan, Wisconsinite, Ohioan, Michigander and so on??" Yes I will always be a Yankee and also a true redneck unlike these wannabe hillbillies... I laugh at how country most of them think they are.

Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 6, 2016 Share #7 Posted September 6, 2016 It's different in Texas. They are Texans because they are born there. I heard two Texans arguing that because one lived north of the other one he was a yankee. They lived one block from each other. Texans are an amusing breed.
