Page Turner Posted October 7, 2016 Share #1 Posted October 7, 2016 This bicycle, designed by Benjamin Bowden, was included in the “Britain Can Make It Better” exhibition of 1946. "Britain can copy the yanks" It does look like that I have to say but the 30's and forties were a time when Britain and France were producing beautiful bikes...real gems. At around that time France held a yearly competition for bike builders to see who could build the lightest and most beautiful bike and they did produce some real crackers.
