Randomguy Posted January 12, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 12, 2017 That is all it takes. I haven't worked out with weights for 5 weeks, and I have lost an alarming amount of upper-body muscle mass. Sure, I have been doing yogurt for about 2 weeks, but we all know that yogurt is no damn good at building anything, it is only good at helping bendyness.

Having said that, you should watch this when you have time.

I worked out today, it will take at least a month to recover what I lost. Interesting that afterword, I felt out of balance from a yogurt/posture perspective.
