5 weeks to spindliness

That is all it takes.  I haven't worked out with weights for 5 weeks, and I have lost an alarming amount of upper-body muscle mass.  Sure, I have been doing yogurt for about 2 weeks, but we all know that yogurt is no damn good at building anything, it is only good at helping bendyness.

...if you're into strength and muscle go Ashtanga, but there won't be as many cute chicklettes in the class.

 

Having said that, you should watch this when you have time.
