Robby at work is a pepperhead extraordinaire. He makes a fine powder he calls "shake" Ghost, Cayenne, Habanero. and god knows what else go into it. It looks kind of like Old Bay but packs a punch. It's kind of fun to watch new guys try it...

I ground the peppers with my fingers, then aboot 4 hours later touched my eye.

Many years ago the Mrs tried making her own version of crushed peppers using a food processor. I'm not sure what kind of peppers she used.... But the kitchen was off limits the rest of the night after she opened the lid on that processor.

I put it in a food processor to make homemade.  One time I opened the lid and looked in while breathing.  I almost died.
