Monday Breakfast

I had a piece of home made triple chocolate banana bread that I made from scratch at 4am with two mugs of Columbian coffee.  Went to the gym and swam my laps, worked my abs and arms, did a one hour spinning class and ran two miles on the dreadmill. Went back home and had a bowl of Bear Naked cereal with organic low fat milk, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, chia seed, and local raw honey.
