petitepedal ★ Posted January 16, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 16, 2017 I roasted root veggies last night: beets ,rutabaga, parsnip, turnip & carrot with the sliver of onion I had in the drawer. Went to the gym and swam my laps, worked my abs and arms, did a one hour spinning class and ran two miles on the dreadmill. Went back home and had a bowl of Bear Naked cereal with organic low fat milk, fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, chia seed, and local raw honey. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
