3 more weeks one restriction at least. That is my next appointment.  Wound and bone healing but not ok to bike or run. Oops. I have been biking. It is low impact.

I'm a leg man.  I need pics of the leg to make a judgment.

@Parr8hed, I had a fracture in my leg-- found by accident in a Petscan that was looking at all my joints due to pain.  Also had an MRI and a nuclear bone scan.  Joint pain is an autoimmune over reaction to the fracture.  Only place I had no pain--- so weird.  Long story a bit longer-- there was a tumor in the bone.  It was benign.  They sucked it out.  Incision is healing.  Bone is healing.  I am impatient.

Oh, and I don't have Lupus, RA or a million other things but I do have some weird cell growth pattern,

I knew the first part of the story (and that the finding was benign) but didn't hear the end of it.  You and LIndy should stay home and eat treats together and relax.  There's time enough to be productive another day!
