Wow, I haven't done this in a long time, and only tried it out a few times, but I seem to remember 19 minutes being a decent time for me. 10 would kill me. I'm drenched and knackered when done. 2,000 in 19 minutes, at the resistance level I use, wouldn't be much of a workout. I imagine you were pulling more resistance than I do.
