Wilbur ★ Posted May 19, 2017 Share #4 Posted May 19, 2017 Short and easy ride to and from the gym. ..the 70 minutes of crossfire and 60 minutes free weights between killed me though. Every muscle is fatigued today. Feels good.
groupw Posted May 19, 2017 Share #5 Posted May 19, 2017 Weather was not conducive to a ride. Push mowed my 1/2 acre yard instead. BTW - with the new mower, it took EXACTLY one tank of gas! It literally ran out as I mowed the last blades. I laughed maniacally about that...

Zephyr Posted May 19, 2017 Share #8 Posted May 19, 2017 6 slow miles. Had planned on a longer ride after work but took a puck off the top of the knee playing hockey Wednesday night, so my commute to and from work was an " ow..., ow..., ow...., ow...., " kinda ride so I took it easy to let it calm down some.
onbike1939 Posted May 19, 2017 Share #9 Posted May 19, 2017 I had this cream doughnut....you know...the ones with icing on the top. I did think it might be too much for me but I made a huge effort...touch and go for a while...and in the end I managed it. I think it goes to show that we don't know what we're capable of until we really try. What?.....What?
