Caretaker Posted May 24, 2017 Share #1 Posted May 24, 2017 Bought a book today that was written in 1909 by the great pioneer of Irish cycling R. J. Mecredy called 'Health's Highway'. He thinks it's important that people masticate more. "very few people realise the absolute necessity of thoroughly masticating their food, without which proper digestion and the real nourishment of the body is impossible. In fact , many people over-eat simply because they do not masticate their food properly." If you find you are eating too much then maybe the solution is to masticate more. maddmaxx ★ Posted May 24, 2017 Share #4 Posted May 24, 2017 One bite is usually enough to separate the food from the other food and send it on it's way. It's alamentary.

Isn't that when you put something way to hot into your mouth and you're trying to keep it airborne.
