No snacks. 7:30 - Big bowl of oatmeal with a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, with a dash of half'n'half, and a half glass of 2% milk 11:30 - Olive loaf sandwich with Duke's mayonnaise and a small bowl of Moose Tracks frozen yogurt, and water. 4:30 - Hamburger plain, no bread, French fries, and some dill pickle chips, and water. Lunch was leftover homemade roasted asparagus pizza..4 pieces that were probably 2 inches by 3 inches square.
