What did you eat today?

Three meals.  No snacks.

7:30 - Big bowl of oatmeal with a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, with a dash of half'n'half, and a half glass of 2% milk

11:30 - Olive loaf sandwich with Duke's mayonnaise and a small bowl of Moose Tracks frozen yogurt, and water.

4:30 - Hamburger plain, no bread, French fries, and some dill pickle chips, and water.

I did have a good workout this morning and a long walk down the beach, so I earned that yogurt dammit.  :whistle:

My usual breakfast of yogurt and oatmeal (raw) with chia and some nuts..and strawberries and blueberries..a little soy milk on that too. Lunch was leftover homemade roasted asparagus pizza..4 pieces that were probably 2 inches by 3 inches square.  Dinner was veggies & hummus, a handful of triscuit, a couple pieces of cheese and some olives....
