I heard this today from a coworker's PC. He was streaming from a southern radio station. The guy got on a rant about how "our gubbmint is outta control!" Then he realized it was in Canada. " I guess the Canadian gubbmint does dumb things, too!"

The newscaster was the one who said it. I think it was a "you had to be there" moment. There was an interesting pause when he realized it was in Canada.
