He need a BIG dog, since he is 6'3" or so and about 270 lbs. He was a shelter dog and is slowly coming out of his shell. Has taken four months or so for him to realize he is with us forever. To put this in perspective, we had to put down our Border Collie, Sparky and we got a shelter/rescue dog that is some sort of shepherd/chihuahua mix that is about 20 lbs, named Romeo. Wade resented Romeo because he felt Sparky was HIS dog and he had no say in the choice. We were at the pet store and Remi was there and he and Wade fell in love and the rest is history. No, he is not Mastiff or Bernese Mountain Dog large, but he is a large dog in comparison to Romeo, or Rascal, or miniature dachshund 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
