Popular Post Digital_photog ★ Posted August 12, 2017 Popular Post Share #1 Posted August 12, 2017 Was at the Lagrange Steam and Gas show exhibiting some of my model engines the last 3 days. Used the Salsa fargo and trailer to haul things around the grounds. It was a little different than the golf carts and lawn tractors that most were using. Many Amish came to the show with bikes and trailers but no other fat bikes. Had a lot of questions from people who had never seen a fat bike. One Amish lady was selling Hydrangea plants in the flea market. My wife has been wanting some so now she has 5 of them. Got a few people looking at me when bringing them home.

Longjohn ★ Posted August 12, 2017 Share #3 Posted August 12, 2017 If I just saw the photo and hadn't read the story I'd have asked you where you store that trailer when you're not using it, you have stuff growing in it.

It is a cheap folding trailer I bought on eBay. My other trailer is a BOB.
Ralphie ★ Posted August 12, 2017 Share #6 Posted August 12, 2017 That reminds me of when I used to carry my kart to races by sticking it in the back of my hatchback MGB-GT. The back tires and engine were hanging out the back. The front tires hooked around the car's rear wheelwells. It was a perfect fit.

Maybe your wife would like them. You might get some brownie points or something better if you put a trailer on a fat bike and bought her hydrangeas
Digital_photog ★ Posted August 13, 2017 Author Share #10 Posted August 13, 2017 I was a pleasant change from the road bike. Fun relaxed ride. I guess I should do this kind of ride more often.
Digital_photog ★ Posted August 13, 2017 Author Share #11 Posted August 13, 2017 The bad part is she says I am going to get more exercise digging the holes to plant the hydrangeas.
