They have a big Balloon Fest here every year. It was right near one of my cow-orker’s homes and he HATED it because the traffic to and from the fest was a bit of a nightmare.

Every year, when I knew it was time for Balloon Fest, I’d ask him if he was going, just to spool him up about it. 

BTW, I liked your post for the doggo, not the balloons. ?

I would have done that to someone if they get angry about the festival.

Dansville, NY?  I have flown there multiple times. Last time was 2015
