Square Wheels Posted August 23, 2017 Share #1 Posted August 23, 2017 The MySQL tables have been changed from MyISAM to InnoDB. Hopefully it will run faster, and crash less. I don't know if it's easier or less to administer. I'm not a DBAdmin, but I know enough about MS SQL to do basic maintenance with it. MySQL is a bit like it if you use SQLyog to manage it, though I'll admit to knowing less. I only know that MariaDB is supposed to have better performance. But knowledge of it is scarcer.
