Caretaker Posted August 30, 2017 Share #2 Posted August 30, 2017 Not if I can avoid it. Got stuck in mud last year crossing Spain in very hot dry conditions, irrigation spray drifting from the fields. It was like trying to ride through potter's clay. F_in Ray Of Sunshine Posted August 30, 2017 Share #3 Posted August 30, 2017 ....maybe.... It’d mean new tires for the Slate though.
Parr8hed Posted August 30, 2017 Share #4 Posted August 30, 2017 Griffin is gearing up for it. Cross country is almost over. He is in pretty good shape right now. Been practicing every tues night at our local venue with his team. We ride on weekends right now and he does other training in the yard.
maddmaxx ★ Posted August 30, 2017 Share #5 Posted August 30, 2017 Taking a skinny tired bike and racing it in mud makes little sense to me. Now, monster cross, that's a different sort of animal.
smudge ★ Posted August 30, 2017 Share #6 Posted August 30, 2017 Doesn't sound fun to me either. But props to those who have the athletic ability.
