Rumble_Strip ★ Posted August 31, 2017 Share #1 Posted August 31, 2017 Last night, someone hit a deer in front of our house. It is laying in the ditch. When I came home from work tonight, I saw someone had tied a balloon to one of its legs that said ' I'm sorry". 2

BuffJim Posted August 31, 2017 Share #3 Posted August 31, 2017 Ouch. They generate quite the fragrance after a couple days. I saw one in rigor mortis the other day. Legs sticking straight up. Did yours do that?
Rumble_Strip ★ Posted August 31, 2017 Author Share #4 Posted August 31, 2017 It is just starting to bloat. The village DPW will probably pick up the carcass tomorrow before it has a chance to stink.

maddmaxx ★ Posted August 31, 2017 Share #6 Posted August 31, 2017 It's not ours. Ours was in the back yard last night feasting on corn placed out there by womaxx. 2
Johnny Come Lately Name Posted August 31, 2017 Share #7 Posted August 31, 2017 10 hours ago, BuffJim said: They generate quite the fragrance after a couple days Yeah, someone hit one in front of the house. Wadded the front of her minivan pretty good, but she said it ran off. A couple of days later, I said ".....it didn't go far....." ? I was going to take the ATV and drag it way out back, but I thought "nah....the coyotes will clean it up.." They did, but it took them forever. For about the next six months, every time I let the dogs out and they disappeared, I knew right where to look. ?
