The memorial service last night

I didn't cry..which is unusual for me..although I did blink a tear or two during 2 songs....What was significant was it was somewhat of a reunion of several folks from the old Newman Center on the U of M Campus...and our priest was Fr. Mike Joncas (you may be familiar with some of his music.."Eagles Wings" is probably the best known) He is a excellent preacher too..I attended the Newman Center for 2 of the 3 years he was assigned there..and..unfortunately is spoiled me to the typical  preaching one tends to hear in many churches. 

Anyway...there were also a number of photo boards..OMG I almost took a photo of one of the pics...I was skinny   

All and all it just reinforced my need to have more great adventures, enjoy life and to continue to grow in spirituality....
