9/6 exercise & stuff

Still nursing the sore hind leg. It's no better or worse than Monday morning.

Gym, did 5 x 15s on the lat pull down and military press machines, 6x20 on the ab machine, 3 x 15 on the fly machine and 5, 000 steps.

I figure I'll try to do a similar workout tomorrow with the row, bench press, and lat raise machines.

It was supposed to rain by 2pm so I went to the gym. I never go to the gym in the summer but I needed to sign my six year old granddaughter up for gymnasty class. I packed my gym bag to swim and gym but while I was signing up my GD a hoard of home schoolers ran past me heading for the pool. The pool director said this was not a good time to try to swim so I just did a short gym workout. My abs are sore from my yogurt class yesterday. Who knew you could get sore muscles from a yogurt class?  I did run a bit on the dread mill too.
