Meat feast.

Was supposed to have company today, they cancelled, but I already bought the 'picnic pack' from a local BBQ joint; a pound each of pulled pork, chicken, and brisket, the best cornbread I've ever tasted, slaw, rosemary potatoes, and rice.

I'll have to go vegan for a month when this is done.

Ok, mine sounded good until I read this!

I've got a pot in the oven at 225. Pork chops, chorizo and hot Italian sausage with onions, green peppers, celery, diced tomatoes, hatch chile peppers and chicken broth. Cook that for a few hours and that will be my meals for the week.

Lunch will be a sammie somewhere. I have a company picnic and a cookout at a friends to go to later. I'm bringing mango habanero salsa to the cookout.

Let's see . . . at 225 it's going to take a long time to cook. If I leave right now . . .
