Dealing with late season peaches

I am doing better - the trick is they ripen much mo' faster than summer peaches.  You can;t let them get as soft - once they are too soft, they turn to disgusting mealy mush, but if you get them while still slightly firm, they are ok.  Not nearly as flavourful as summer ones, but stil good. :)

And that's all I have to say about that.
