Shakshuka is way better than Huevos Rancheros.

Shakshuka is great stuff!  I burnt out on about 6 years ago from having it too much.

I imagine it is better at the source local, next time you go you will have to swing by and grab me.

I had to look that up, and now I want some. I love middle eastern food in general, so I know that would be yummy.

I don't know that one is necessarily better than the other, just different.  Americano's just don't hear about shakshuka too much, but it really can be awesome!  I would seek some out from a reputable establishment at your earliest convenience, though.

Hard to disagree, but I definitely can keep a spot open for both. As was pointed out, you don't want to burn yourself out on a good thing, so by keeping both in the rotation, you'll stay fresh.

We get a shakshuka recipe every so often from Blue Apron. We also tend to re-make some of the ones we have gotten in the past.  Very tasty.
