Now, for my afternoon bike ride, I need to take a jaunt to the store to get some cream to finish it and a red pepper to roast and puree for the topping. I have a big bag of diced butternut in the freezer that I’ve been using a bit too slowly and what's there is frozen in one chunk and/or freezer burned. Now I know what to do with it!
