This morning, I heated some sliced steak, peppers and onions in a skillet and plated those while I fried some eggs in the hot pan. Espresso and an English muffin rounded out the meal. I'm not usually hungry in the morning and the past few months have been going against all conventions on nutrition but eating when I'm hungry. It seems to be working for me. No bfast, light lunch and big dinner. It seems I'm always hungry at night regardless what I eat during the day so my calorie intake is less this way and my weight is down as a result. This time compote had 3 types of plums, pears and a few straweberries mixed with ginger root and crushed aniseed.) with milk. A cup of tea.
