Breakfast - Wednesday edition

Coffee for me.  I'm not usually hungry in the morning and the past few months have been going against all conventions on nutrition but eating when I'm hungry.  It seems to be working for me.  No bfast, light lunch and big dinner.  It seems I'm always hungry at night regardless what I eat during the day so my calorie intake is less this way and my weight is down as a result.

Cornflakes with a dollop of yogurt, dollop of homemade fruit compote (huge batch made last night. This time compote had 3 types of plums, pears and a few straweberries mixed with ginger root and crushed aniseed.) with milk. A cup of tea.  Then off to work in 1/2 hr. ..where I have a 2nd breakfast...coffee and muffin or scone.  I don't have lunch normally.
