team scooter Posted October 12, 2017 Share #2 Posted October 12, 2017 Yep. With an average new snowmobile costing well over $10,000, snowmobiling has become ridiculously overpriced. So the manufacturers have started dipping their feet into the snowbike craze. But not surprisingly, the hardcore snowmobilers are fighting them tooth and nail. It looks F'ing RAD! Snowmobilers lay claim to the trails and dont want to share them with "outsiders''. Especially ones that seem to be having too much fun. Even though most modern day snowmobilers today had nothing to do with any of the hard work to put them in the first place and merely pay a trail fee every year to ride them. Further Posted October 12, 2017 Share #9 Posted October 12, 2017 That idea has been played with for quite a while. A friend had one, he said without the gyroscopic effect from the wheels, it had a tendency to crash. He wasn't impressed.

If you just mention riding anything other than a snowmobile on any trail. The 4 wheelers hate dirt bikes and the dirt bikes hate the 4 wheelers and everybody hates the bicyclists.

I often wonder why it is cheaper to put brakes (rotors, calipers and pads) in my motorhome then my dirt bike. You don't want to see what they cost for the supermoto bike
