Wilbur Posted October 15, 2017 Share #1 Posted October 15, 2017 I knew you would click.. I have been overdoing some arm and shoulder work and have a very irritated rotator cuff. Not wanting to completely stop for recovery, I have reduce weight and increased frequency but in talking to the gyms sports physiologist, I just need to deactivate some of the muscles. Oh, how do I do that, I ask. Next thing you know, Steve is showing me where to apply pressure to a nerve bundle using a bar end in order to deactivate the muscles. It worked. Half hour later, the pain was completely gone. It's a little sore today but I will do the same when I go back today.

Rattlecan Posted October 15, 2017 Share #3 Posted October 15, 2017 if you just stuck with the girly weights like I do, you wouldn't have those problems. 1
