I knew you would click.. :)  

I have been overdoing some arm and shoulder work and have a very irritated rotator cuff.  Not wanting to completely stop for recovery, I have reduce weight and increased frequency but in talking to the gyms sports physiologist, I just need to deactivate some of the muscles.  Oh, how do I do that, I ask.  

Next thing you know, Steve is showing me where to apply pressure to a nerve bundle using a bar end in order to deactivate the muscles.  It worked.  Half hour later, the pain was completely gone.  It's a little sore today but I will do the same when I go back today.   :)
