I can't tell you how many times I've scratched my head and wondered why I couldn't get something like those! I can't because I've never once thought that it was remotely necessary. What would create custom gearing with that set-up? Or, at least, in what way would it be better than a current crank with the gearing you preferred? From my perspective, having a six speed cogset, if I can't have custom cogsets, I want custom chain rings. My triple is custom with 30-42-44. For a while, I rode on a custom freewheel cogset.
