Update on the Trainer and such

Yesterday, I did the second work out...and added a few  from the first..feel it a bit in my upper arms today...I did another 35 minutes on the treadmill tonight (my easy cardio night) Tomorrow...I do the second work out again.

I got on the scale last Monday...and again today....down 1.5 pounds.  I haven't tweaked my diet much...so I am sure it could be a bit better...BUT..I will take 1.5 pounds a week...6 weeks is 9 pounds :cheerleader:
