Texicans in winter

As someone from Wisconsin that unfortunately was visiting in Texas after a two inch snowpocalypse, I understand why they stay home. The police force them. When we went for breakfast in our all season tire'd, anti lock braked, traction controlled, Wisconsin spec car, the local Sheriff sent us back. "I've already got three days worth of accidents reports to catch up on, get off the roads!" :angry:

And shouldn't the guy in the bottom picture in the OP be flying the Texas flag?  ;)

Give him a break.  It was a hurricane.  He was drunk as a skunk.
