We'll give him $3,500 towards some work that needs to be done and paid $775 for termite treatment. Closing is in the first week of May as long as the appraisal comes back ok. Was not noted by the inspectors and I wasn't there to volunteer any information. I don't think those facts are material to the purchase anyway.
