Popular Post BuffJim Posted April 3, 2018 Popular Post Share #1 Posted April 3, 2018 Primary Doctor thinks it’s an atypical pneumonia. I’m being put on a stronger antibiotic. He said if that doesn’t work, in 2 weeks go see my Pulmonologist. He said some of the damage from the Cat Scan could go away if and when I heal. If I don’t heal from the antibiotics then it still may be a more serious lung disease like Pulmonary Fibrosis. He also said the Cat Scan needs to be taken after I’m all free of the lung infection. Not out of the woods, and I’ll always be very susceptible to these infections but not having PF right now would be awesome. He also told me to tell Square Wheels the coughing up blood was no big deal, and he can’t have my bike. I can exercise if I can recover within 4 minutes. 9

Dottleshead ★ Posted April 3, 2018 Share #3 Posted April 3, 2018 I'm hoping for you BIG time, Buff. I think what you are experiencing is/would be horrible. Nothing worse than that feeling of not being able to breath. Well, except maybe catching on fire.

We can toss him a PPTOD (pity post of the day), can't we? But we cheapen it a bit with a Norm reference. Norminated.

He said be active but don’t overdo it. If I can’t recover in 4 minutes Im overdoing it. Walking on flat land is fine. Have to ease into more strenuous stuff. My brother is a doctor who specializes in infections and worked at Mayo Clinic with my Primary Doctor. He said my doctor is on the right track.
