Gatorade Overdose

After my 1000 mi summer goal I experienced heightened arthritis pain . This am I remembered from past summers  working that probable cause  would be too much citric acid..  Anybody else experience this effect?

Sugar is evil, causes inflammation in me.  I eat that wonderful ice cream, I get creaky joints if I eat enough of it.

Sugar also,I remember one fall I thought I was doing something healthy by drinking squirt, arthritis and my teeth started falling apart..

Damn, that sucks, how many teeth do you have left? 

 

My wife drinks gatorade all the damn time, it kind of bugs me because I know what swill that is (tasty swill).  I get massive heartburn when I drink it, and I know it is full of toxins.

I drink gatorade from powdered mix. I make it about half the concentraion of actual gatorade

 

I find that the preservatives help keep mold from growing in my water bottles

   Funny,,, I will have the winter to find a replacement...
