PissedOffLaxDude Posted October 2, 2013 Share #1 Posted October 2, 2013 I haven't ridden any of my bikes since August of this year. I just haven't had the time, I haven't even had time to make time. I haven't even played lacrosse in a month. I feel sloth-like.
Indy Posted October 2, 2013 Share #2 Posted October 2, 2013 Damn and I thought I was bad. Of course also not sure riding around a cul-de-sac with a 5 year old really counts as riding either.
Square Wheels Posted October 2, 2013 Share #3 Posted October 2, 2013 I did a century a week ago Saturday. Haven't been on it since. I feel really crappy about it. It's dark and cold and I feel like a whiny little girl when I think like this. This Saturday I will be riding the Kancamagus Highway in northern NH. It's is a 34 mile scenic highway that stretches from Lincoln, NH to Conway, NH. Gee, this is a national park, do I need to pay the parking fee? Randomguy Posted October 2, 2013 Share #4 Posted October 2, 2013 I have ridden three times this year for a total of 21 miles. Last year I rode maybe 20 times, maybe 300 miles. These were not good years for riding, but a lot has happened. 2014 will be a much ridier year.

Dirtyhip Posted October 2, 2013 Share #6 Posted October 2, 2013 Sorry to hear that you have been unable to get miles in. This has been my best year in a long while. 1000+ miles since beginning of July. My average has been about 80-100 miles a week, lately.
jsharr ★ Posted October 2, 2013 Share #7 Posted October 2, 2013 My rides have been few and far between. Work, family, faith and service have all taken a priority, but I need to make more me time. I love to ride.

We're moving about 450 miles away, I hope your move is easier than that, truly I do.

If you wait a couple of months I'll have lots of moving boxes to send off to you.
goldendesign Posted October 2, 2013 Share #15 Posted October 2, 2013 Holy ****! Where are you looking to move to? If you wait a couple of months I'll have lots of moving boxes to send off to you. Just visit Barnes n Nobles first. They throw out a ton of boxes from deliveries. I went there and asked for boxes and they set aside seventy! for me the next day. I packed everything in boxes, clothes, lamps, everything that would fit. Easy Peasy.
PissedOffLaxDude Posted October 3, 2013 Author Share #16 Posted October 3, 2013 A friend of mine from college gave me about 50 moving boxes, she and her husband were going to move, but the sale of their house fell through, so they're staying put. If I need any more boxes I'll hit up the local B n N, thanks for the info.
