...there was skin in Battlestar Galactica, but most of it was not shown by Patricia Helfer.

There are so many not listed to choose from. The hottest two, in my opinion were:

1) T'Pol on Star Trek Enterprise, played by Jolene Blalock. Though she was supposed to be an emotionless Vulcan, the show began to lose ratings and she was cast as interested in human sexual rituals and, of course, went through the horny "Pon Farr" period of Vulcan mating needs. That resulted in some hot, gratuitous semi-nude scenes:
