Razors Edge ★ Posted May 19, 2018 Share #1 Posted May 19, 2018 Had to turn around a little over 1 mile prematurely due to flooding on the trail. I've been caught on the other side and ridden through the water, but since my normal turn-around spot was only a mile or so farther up the path, I decided I would stop and take a few photos instead. I took the Roubaix out for a rare spin. The Roubaix has some tires with a better tread pattern than the Tarmac, so I figured I would be less likely to pick up a flat. Every time I ride the Roubaix, I marvel at the comfort and the quiet. Truly an exceptional bike. Anyway, 27miles at a pleasant 16.9mph basically enjoying the ride. Lots of groundhogs out an about - many young ones. And a few rabbits. Tom

az_cyclist Posted May 21, 2018 Share #4 Posted May 21, 2018 94 miles @ 18.0 rolling ave. Agressive pace on the club ride.. .I was at 19.0 rolling ave at 59 miles. had coffee and a bagel at that point. I intended to ride 80+ miles to check out my saddle position. if it is not quite right my sitbones get sore, but this does not show up until about 75 or 80 miles. after a sandwich at home I went back out. rode 28
