Square Wheels Posted June 17, 2018 Share #2 Posted June 17, 2018 25 with 2k of elevation, still had a moving speed of 15.5. I was not in a good mood and used this ride to beat myself up.
ChrisL Posted June 18, 2018 Share #3 Posted June 18, 2018 Only about 8 miles on a leisurely family ride with a breakfast stop in between. Not a work out at all (well I did push my daughter in a race with her fiancé for about 50 yards, we won!).

Further Posted June 18, 2018 Share #6 Posted June 18, 2018 9 AM. Walked round the lake, bout 2 & a half miles. Half the county was there fishing, was kinda neat, but a very different crowd than I normally see. Very few walkers & no runners. Counted 16 boats out on the lake, pedal, row, & 1 canoe. You can only use the rental boats, no personal boats. Ticks are so bad this year that I'm staying out of the woods, so maybe this is normal, but in the past I'd take the path up in the woods.
az_cyclist Posted June 18, 2018 Share #7 Posted June 18, 2018 47 on a solo ride before church. had a flat, and the CO2 applicator was missing a bushing, so, had to pump it with a small pump by hand. luckily it was a front tire. Saw a rattler on the MUT later in the ride
Razors Edge ★ Posted June 18, 2018 Share #8 Posted June 18, 2018 A couple miles hiking along the Potomac with family. Summer is COMING! Humidity creeping up and hot temps and heat index advisories on the radar for this week. Tom
Zephyr Posted June 19, 2018 Share #9 Posted June 19, 2018 I had to go on a dive call but managed to get in 45 miles, 2950 ft of elevation at 15 mph before I had to report. Slowly getting used to the new ride.
