Based on my research, this tire offered the best combination of performance, ride quality, tread life and value. I do not know where they are made. but I do know that Cooper and Goodyear are the only US Tire companies left with plants in the US, and most of those are in the south, as least they are for Cooper and I believe this is true for Goodyear as well. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
