I think there is a dark side to Mr.Silly

He disappears for months at a time and then comes in here acting all silly and stuff.

I think he is some sort of top secret hit man.  His job takes him to the far flung corners of the earth to do things that we do not want to know about, but that we all know needs to be done to protect our rights and freedoms.  He lives outside of the norms that society holds dear and although he respects the law, he knows that sometimes you have to break it to uphold it.  

I think this place is his safe place, his refuge from the storms and demons that haunt him.

I have not written the end to that one yet, but I have worked out that plot twist we talked about concerning what side items to serve.  No one will see it coming!
