A friend of mine had both shoulders operated on at the same time.  He said he couldn't afford to take twice as much time off work. He said never again, couldn't even do his own paperwork.

I got one of those Oral B Genius electric toothbrushes that come with a suction cup to hold your smartphone to your mirror, focus the selfie camera on your face, and it determines if you're brushing all parts of your teeth the proper amount of time.

Try using your dominant hand to adjust the phone on that app and brush your teeth with your other hand!
