Dottleshead Posted July 6, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 6, 2018 Wife and I rode only 18.4 miles today but it was a start. She has been out of action for nearly 18 months so it was a good outing. I think we ride tomorrow too but we'll see. Personally I felt strong and could have rode probably double that in same time but I would have over done it myself and would probably be nonenthusiastic about riding tomorrow. It was just great to get out there and spend the day riding with her.
petitepedal Posted July 6, 2018 Share #2 Posted July 6, 2018 I had a 6:30 condo meeting...didn't even get a walk in..but plan to ride this weekend and go to the gym...with nice weather I would rather walk or ride my bike than lift weights...but gonna try for 2 weight workouts a week...
Dottleshead Posted July 6, 2018 Author Share #3 Posted July 6, 2018 When I am at the point of riding 50-60 miles in 4+ hours I will be happy for my standards. My pace would be to ride 100 in 8.5 hours counting breaks.
