petitepedal ★ Posted July 18, 2018 Share #1 Posted July 18, 2018 Trainer workout...OMG we are only doing 2 sets of stuff...but damn he works me hard... I can do 45 second planks...but doing them on top of 30 seconds of throwing the ropes around kills me.... I cannot hold it with out a little10 second breather in between. 2

Zephyr Posted July 18, 2018 Share #4 Posted July 18, 2018 20 hot, hot miles, with a vineyard lunch in the middle. Riding with my wife and two friends on their townie bikes, and we still managed 11.8mph. Better than I expected.

This is much better than the respiratory distress you had suffered in the past!
Tizeye Posted July 18, 2018 Share #7 Posted July 18, 2018 Had a workout with a 2y/o. Went to a playground and he saw grandma heading to the ladies room. Had to go running across a field to retrieve him. He is finally taking a nap now so I can walk up to the grocery store to grab a few things. 1

Tizeye Posted July 18, 2018 Share #11 Posted July 18, 2018 Double workout. With grandson napping walked to grocery store 1 1/4 miles each way. Remembered the list bu when I got to the train station (1 mile point) remembered forgot the bag to tote them home in. So add a extra 2 miles to the trip for 5 items at the grocery store. 1
groupw Posted July 18, 2018 Share #12 Posted July 18, 2018 29 miles in roughly 90 minutes. Garmin battery low at first stop. Fine. Turned on Strava on the phone. Somehow it shorted me 5 miles on the ride out! It was trying to load ride photos at the halfway point. Too bad. It was a pretty good pace.

But regarding a low battery alert on my Garmin, I can still get a couple hours out of it. I think it alerts me at 20%? I got it early in my last ride (mile 2 or 3), and finished the 30 miler (Bluetooth connected), and it shows 4% now as I recharge it thanks to your jogging my memory. So, it would be close to two hours of remaining juice in the battery for me I'd guess. Tom
