smudge ★ Posted August 9, 2018 Share #5 Posted August 9, 2018 Probably 140 miles today. Stopped at my mom's house, and she asked if I wanted to go to Menominee. Uh, ok; but I'm driving. (She's 75 and drives 53 mph; I just can't handle it.) It was a good afternoon. 2

Razors Edge ★ Posted August 9, 2018 Share #8 Posted August 9, 2018 The usual afternoon 30 @ 18.7. Stopped for a short while to wait for the paramedics to arrive, since I rolled past a couple of cyclists standing with a guy who had crashed and bloodied his forehead. I made sure no one took the turn too fast and ran into the guy on the ground. He was relatively alert and talking but in some pain, but once the EMTs got there, I rolled off. ChrisL Posted August 9, 2018 Share #9 Posted August 9, 2018 0 zip nada.... Had a ride planned but the wind shifted and the smoke from a nearby fire drifted over us. We have been in the high 90's for a month and like @shootingstar we ran the A/C for the first time yesterday as we figured it was better than smoke.
