Are there silly words your kids made up that you use now?

When our son was little he couldn't say "sump pump".  He called it the "fwump".

(He was scared of it, I think just the noise it made when it kicked on)

It is raining like crazy here.... I just texted my wife at home to ask her if she'd heard the fwump running.

DoSmudge1 was real little. She had eaten a ton of green beans the day before and then puked them up the next morning. After she was done puking, she said, "Bet ter." Ok, sweetie. Glad you're feeling better. Nowadays we use it after a hearty burp or a big drink of water on a super hot day or.... Yay kids!

My daughter used to call strawberries straw babies and it stuck with our family.  That and baby soup for bathing suit but straw babies is part of our vernacular.

The phrase "2 stones with 1 bird" comes to mind.  On a travel map as we were driving through Ohio - The city of Cleveland was represented in green.  It became (fittingly) the Green Blob.
