sheep_herder ★ Posted September 26, 2018 Share #1 Posted September 26, 2018 35F the last time I checked weather at the airport, so it might freeze in the Valley. Smokey was having fun running about when Nip was on his walk, so I think, in time, they will be friends. Duke and Smokey are still best buddies. 3

smudge ★ Posted September 26, 2018 Share #5 Posted September 26, 2018 Glad to hear Smokey is doing well! We're at 44 this morning. I may take a ride to camp to ride the skinny and see what the bears have been up to.

Parsnip Totin Jack ★ Posted September 26, 2018 Share #9 Posted September 26, 2018 Morning. 72 and sunny for a change. We kicked out a 20 mile ride. Roads were wet and leaves are coming down so the descents were cautious today. A lot of acorns on the ground too, I can hear them hitting the roof at night. The critters won't go hungry this winter.
Longjohn ★ Posted September 26, 2018 Share #10 Posted September 26, 2018 Good morning, We had another drive to Pittsburgh in the rain morning. It still amazes me how well they drive in Pittsburgh. We got in, got treatment and got out and now my wife is back at work in her dad’s office. I think I’ll piddle around in the shop for awhile. I need to make new doors for the shed but not ready to start that yet. Still putting tools away and cleaning up.
ChrisL Posted September 26, 2018 Share #11 Posted September 26, 2018 Day 3 of my conference. Meeting one of my vendors today and we are going to walk the expo floor so he can show me many of the the products they use and look at some options. Driving home later today. I walked the floor yesterday and bumped into numerous old friends. Happens when you have been in the industry 30 years...
jsharr ★ Posted September 26, 2018 Share #12 Posted September 26, 2018 Morning. Another rainy day here in Big D. Woke up around 5AM and just listened to the rain pattering on the roof. Romeo came up for some morning ear scritches and tummy rubs. Got the boys up around 6:30. Ironed a pair of jeans and a long sleeved shirt for Ryan for picture day at school and then hit the shower. Has rained since Friday. Most of the area lakes are up 5 or more feet. US 75 in Plano Texas was shut down due to high water over the weekend. I have never heard of this before in our area. Kirby Posted September 26, 2018 Share #13 Posted September 26, 2018 Heavy rains yesterday and then humid this morning. When I got up a number of windows in the house were foggy. Supposed to rain later tonight and then beautiful fall weather the rest of the week.
