Not necessarily, I used to bite my cheek fairly often with my teeth, with my falsies it hasn't happened yet. I have had them about five years. I have had them about five years. I still bite my front lip fairly often - maybe once a week. Usually is I am chewing gum for too long. Sometimes bite my cheek, but that is way less common.
